How to Prepare Detox Lemon Water with Fresh Mint & Ginger

This refreshing lemon, mint, and ginger water is perfect for cleansing the body, boosting digestion, and supporting liver health. Follow these simple steps to prepare this Detox Lemon Water:
Ingredients for the Detox Lemon Water:
✔️ 1 fresh lemon (organic if possible)✔️ 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled & sliced)✔️ 5-6 fresh mint leaves✔️ 2 cups warm or room-temperature filtered water✔️ (Optional) ½ teaspoon raw honey for sweetness
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the Water
Warm up 2 cups of filtered water until it’s warm but not boiling.
If you prefer a chilled version, use room-temperature water and add ice cubes later.
2️⃣ Slice & Squeeze the Lemon
Cut one fresh lemon in half and squeeze half a lemon’s juice into a glass or mug.
Slice the remaining half into thin rounds for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Prepare the Ginger
Peel a 1-inch piece of fresh ginger and slice it into thin pieces.
