At Wellness Living Solutions, we strive to ensure that your Arthrus products are delivered promptly and securely. Please review the following shipping details:

  • We ship all orders via USPS and offer the following options: 

    • Standard Shipping​

2. Shipping Rates:

  • We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $5.99 on all orders.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

 

3. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on holidays, but we do ship on weekends as long as USPS is operating.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited or Overnight Shipping times will be determined at checkout.

5. International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

6. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the status of your package.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • For lost packages, you will need to file a claim with USPS, as we are not responsible for items lost during shipping.

Returns and Refund Policy

 

At Wellness Living Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our product, Arthrus, and aim for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund under the following terms:

1. Return and Refund Eligibility:

  • Customers may request a refund if they are dissatisfied with the product, provided they contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • Refunds will be issued for the amount paid by the customer, minus processing and transaction fees.

 

2. Refund Process:

  • Customers must contact our customer service team at customerservice@arthrus.com to initiate the refund process.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Timeline:

  • Once we receive and review the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Damaged or defective products may be returned for an exchange or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
